Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

In this role, you’ll report to the Product Marketing Manager and support the day-to-day execution of product marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone early in their product marketing career who is eager to learn, comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and relationship building.

Who are you?

You're a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with strong project management and communication skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote environment and are eager to use AI and data to enhance execution and collaboration.

On a regular basis you will

• Maintain and update marketing collateral, sales assets, Guru knowledge base, and help center content.
• Coordinate cross-functional product launches and support communications for betas and webinars.
• Compile competitive intelligence, assist with customer surveys, and maintain related databases.
• Manage multiple projects using tools like Asana and Slack; ensure stakeholders are aligned.
• Draft and send emails via HubSpot; pull segmented lists from Looker.
• Support customer interview logistics and assist in preparing presentations for webinars and meetings.

You’re gonna crush it if

• You have 5+ years of marketing and project management experience to drive cross-functional execution.
• You are highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• You communicate clearly and proactively in a remote environment.
• You build strong working relationships and are comfortable with outreach and collaboration.
• You are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Looker, Asana, and Guru.
• You leverage AI to improve content, automate tasks, and boost productivity.
• You use customer and competitive research to inform your work.
• You are early in your product marketing career and ready to learn and grow quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary - $85,000 - $110,000
