Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global performance marketing strategy; in close collaboration with co-founder and CMO
Lead, plan, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google Ads) to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest return on investment for marketing spend.
Leverage mobile measurement partners (e.g., Singular, Appsflyer) for tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance.
Optimize campaigns for both mobile app marketing and web app marketing to maximize performance.
Continuously monitor performance data, making recommendations to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Conduct A/B testing to improve creative and audience targeting.
Act as internal thought leader on all things performance marketing; staying up to date on industry trends and maintaining best practices
