Your Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on generalist to lead our marketing initiatives and help us scale to the next 100 million users. This isn’t your typical "Head of" role. You’ll work side by side with our Co-Founder and CMO as a high-impact individual contributor embedded in a fast-moving task force of designers, paid media experts, and creators - identifying, testing, and executing the next growth bets.
In this role, you will:
Lead the evolution of StudySmarter into a truly global consumer lovebrand
Identify and prioritize the most promising acquisition and brand growth levers, based on data, market trends
Build and scale user acquisition across Paid (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads), SEO and AI‑assisted workflows, ASO, creators and influencers, content, affiliates and partnerships, campus and community activations
Closely work together with our product team to drive deep analysis of our acquisition funnels, user behavior, and LTV:CAC dynamics to spot opportunities and optimize ROI
Run a tight experimentation engine: clear hypotheses, rapid landing page builds, creative iteration, and A/B tests with sound measurement
Project management responsibility to drive cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
Own reporting and decision frameworks for channel performance, attribution, and retention across GA4/Amplitude plus an MMP (AppsFlyer)
Write copy, brief and build creatives, ship campaigns, then refine based on results
