The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry’s biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with the broader healthcare ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care when they need it most.
As one of the earliest members of the Strategic Initiatives team, you’ll be at the center of scaling this business-critical program. This is not a traditional analytics role – you’ll combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to build the playbook for the program that will help power Talkiatry’s future.
You’ll be joining the team at a crucial moment as we expand from our initial, successful, partnerships to accelerate growth of the program. We’re looking for someone who can navigate complexity, find signal in noise, and act like an owner to build scalable solutions that work in the real world.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
