USD 125k-145k / year
Posted on Feb 24, 2026
We’re seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to support Talkiatry’s top priorities and help shape the future of our business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — driving the initiatives that most directly impact our clinicians and patients.
You’ll partner with senior leaders across Clinical, Operations, Marketing and Product to identify key opportunities, design data-driven solutions, and translate insights into scalable improvements. You’ll lead high-impact projects such as evolving our clinician scorecards, improving marketplace performance reporting, and building tools that help our teams operate at their highest potential.
You’ll also play a key role in long-term planning — advising leadership on priorities, resourcing, and performance trends — ensuring Talkiatry stays focused on what matters most for growth, quality, and experience.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.

You will:

  • Drive growth and performance: Identify and size opportunities to improve Talkiatry’s performance – from expanding supply and demand to refining patient segmentation, experience, or clinical operations.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end: Define problems, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Keep leadership aligned through clear metrics and structured updates.
  • Lead cross-functional projects: Manage complex initiatives that optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enable growth. Set goals, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Turn data into action: Analyze sophisticated datasets, build models, and translate insights into recommendations that guide business and clinical decisions.
  • Shape long-term strategy: Partner with senior leaders to define success metrics, develop dashboards, and provide insights that inform priorities and investments.

You have:

  • 4-6 years of experience developing analytical solutions using data visualization and programming tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
  • Strong ability to turn large, complex datasets into clear insights, applying business context and sound judgment even in unfamiliar domains.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate data and analysis into actionable narratives for stakeholders with varying levels of analytical expertise.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in technology, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare data and familiarity with a virtual clinical care model
