We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA Lead with excellent communication skills to join our growing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality of our mobile applications through manual testing.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Write and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Developing and maintaining test plans for mobile applications
Identify and document defects found during testing
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Train and mentor junior members of the testing team
Collaborate with other leads and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and improve the overall testing process
Create and maintain documentation, such as testing reports and procedures
Participate in test case reviews and other quality assurance activities
Participating in release sign-offs and ensuring all mobile applications meet quality standards before release
Coordinating with development and operations teams for successful deployment of mobile applications
Conducting smoke testing on newly deployed mobile applications to ensure they are functioning as expected
Identifying and reporting any issues found during smoke testing and working with development teams to resolve them

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

At least 7 years of experience in testing, including experience with mobile testing and relevant tools and technologies
Proven experience in leading and managing mobile testing efforts
Strong knowledge of mobile technologies and testing methodologies
Experience with various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Proficiency in testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, Postman, and Charles Proxy
Experience with simulator testing and testing on physical devices for both iOS and Android
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers
Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with mobile automation testing tools is a plus
Experience with mobile security testing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Annual compensation range: $125,000-$145,000 USD
