Position Overview:
This hybrid role bridges partnership sales and client services, supporting both the development of new brand relationships and the delivery of best-in-class activations for existing partners. You’ll play a key role in helping build and manage the pipeline, coordinate with agencies, maintain CRM integrity, and ensure partners receive the full value of their programs.
The Snow League is an emerging league, with a small but mighty team. The Manager of Partnership Sales will play a critical role in our growth and in setting our culture. We are looking for someone who can keep a number of balls in the air, prioritizing effectively and multitasking with grace. We are excited about giving this early hire a voice in creating and implementing systems that will help the league grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Partnership Development (60%)
Sales & Partnership Development (60%)
- Support outreach to brands by working closely with agencies to drive new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain sales materials including customized pitch decks and case studies
- Manage internal CRM data and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of leads and status
- Coordinate with internal marketing, media, and event teams to align partnership offerings
- Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and follow-up communications with prospects
Client Services & Activation (40%)
- Support the execution of partner deliverables across media, on-site, hospitality, and digital
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for select brand partners or support account leads
- Track deliverables and performance metrics for seasonal recaps
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on client needs
- Assist with on-site execution at select events (travel required)
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years experience in partnerships, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience supporting or leading sponsor activations a plus
Interest in snow sports, action sports, or lifestyle brands preferred - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong reputation and references for professionalism and commitment
- Team player who loves being in a collaborative environment, while also bringing their full, individual self to every room they’re in
Working Conditions:
- Travel Requirements: This role requires some travel, likely one trip per quarter
- Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to move boxes and event equipment, in excess of 10 pounds
