About The Role
The Snow League (TSL) is seeking a versatile and motivated Event Manager to support the planning and execution of world-class events across our global calendar. Reporting to the Head of Events, this role will work closely with the Event Director, Event Producer, Event Coordinator, and contracted Off-site Event Manager to deliver exceptional event experiences across competition venues, fan activations, and partner engagements.
The Event Manager will serve as a hands-on operator responsible for translating league-wide event strategies into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery on-site. This includes leading select sub-events or activations, supporting competition and hospitality operations, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring the consistency and quality of TSL’s event execution globally.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the Head of Events and Event Director in the planning and delivery of global league events.
- Lead the execution of specific workstreams, such as VIP & Athlete experiences, fan activations, partner or sponsor events, and off-site experiences.
- Manage hospitality workstreams such as building F&B plans, liquor permits, floorplans and staffing rosters.
- Support entertainment programming by overseeing live music production, talent management and relevant operational staff & vendors.
- Create and manage detailed production timelines, load-in-and-out schedules, run-of-show (ROS) plans, and operations trackers.
- Support on-site leadership across setup, operations, and teardown to ensure brand, safety, and operational standards are met.
- Manage select small-scale events or experiences independently, ensuring alignment with TSL brand and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to concept and deliver fan and athlete experience touchpoints in alignment with league-wide campaigns and audience objectives.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and the Executive Team to support VIP hospitality and sponsor deliverables.
- Coordinate with Competition, Broadcast, and Partnerships teams to ensure smooth integration of stakeholder experiences into operational logistics processes.
- Engage with local agencies, vendors, and resort partners to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Participate in site visits and pre-production planning with the Event Producer and Director to align layouts, schedules, and operational inputs with creative delivery.Process & Operational Support

- Maintain detailed documentation and version control for assigned events and workstreams.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, contracting processes, and cost tracking in coordination with the Head of Events.
- Ensure consistency in operational standards across all TSL events, contributing to league-wide quality control and innovation.
- Support internal post-event debriefs, reporting, and feedback processes to identify learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Process & Operational Support
- Contribute to the ongoing development of event planning tools, templates, and scalable systems to enhance efficiency across the League.

Key Working Relationships
In addition to the broader TSL Team, the Off-site Event Manager will collaborate closely with the following roles to ensure streamlined communication, efficient operations, and high-quality event execution:

- Event Director – Collaborate on event planning, venue layouts, VIP operations, and partner deliverables.
- Event Producer – Coordinate design intent, production execution, and integration of creative assets.
- Event Coordinator – Ensure documentation accuracy, information flow, and project management processes.
- Off-site Event Manager (Contract) – Support coordination and oversight of off-piste and hospitality events.
- Marketing Team – Align on athlete and fan experience programs, brand environments, and campaign activations.
- Partnerships Team – Support sponsor deliverables, hospitality programming, and partner integrations.
- Competition, Broadcast & Operations Teams – Integrate event logistics, timing, and resource needs across workstreams.
- Vendors, Agencies & Resorts – Manage relationships, ensure quality standards, and maintain efficient operations across local partners.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4–6 years of experience in event management, live production, or sports/entertainment operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience overseeing vendors, budgets, and timelines across complex event environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across departments and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Teamworks, Airtable, or similar).
- Experience in action sports, live entertainment, or premium brand events preferred.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in high-paced, dynamic event environments.
Working Conditions
- Travel: Domestic and International travel to attend events, negotiate contracts and support on trade or marketing activations.
- Physical Requirements: Light physical duties may be necessary during production or onsite events, the ability to ski or snowboard is desirable but not mandatory.
