About The Role
This role centers on client servicing, account management, and activation execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to our brand partners—ensuring seamless program delivery, maintaining CRM integrity, and identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will play a key role in maximizing partner retention, delivering ROI, and elevating brand presence across all Snow League channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Activation (75%)
- Execute Deliverables: Lead and support the execution of partner commitments across live events, social/digital media, broadcast/streaming, marketing, and merchandising.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for select brand partners and key account leads.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, compile data, and construct comprehensive seasonal post-campaign recaps.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal marketing, media, event, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of partner needs.
- Value Creation: Identify strategic opportunities to overdeliver for partners while balancing business health and investment levels.
- On-Site Operations: Assist with on-site partner execution and activation management at select global events (travel required).
Sales & Partnership Development (25%)
- Retention & Growth: Nurture agency and brand relationships to drive client satisfaction, maximize renewal rates, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify strategic, high-value brand prospects through industry networks and route qualified leads to the core sales team.
- Sales Collateral: Assist in creating tailored pitch decks, RFP responses, and ROI-focused case studies to support prospect conversion and renewal pitches.
- Integrated Packaging: Partner with internal teams to package compelling, multi-channel partnership offerings designed to attract top-tier brands.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or sports/lifestyle marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation software (Canva, Figma).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven experience supporting or leading sponsor activations in live sports or entertainment settings.
- Strong interest or background in snow sports, action sports, or youth culture brands.
- Financial awareness with a track record of vendor cost management and budget tracking.
Working Conditions
- Travel: Domestic and International travel to attend events, negotiate contracts and support on trade or marketing activations.
- Physical Requirements: Light physical duties may be necessary during production or onsite events, the ability to ski or snowboard is desirable but not mandatory.
