What You'll Be Doing
Becoming an expert on Venn's product and the value it is bringing to our customers
Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close
Investigate leads’ needs, problems, and wants as much as possible before first contact
Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in tech sales, sales development, or business development with 1+ years selling to SMBs
Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
You are a proven sales closer with track record of quota attainment and overachievement
Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks for our clients
Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segment
