What You'll Be Doing
Become a product expert, mastering Venn's suite of financial solutions including multi-currency accounts, corporate cards with cashback, and automated accounting integrations
Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close, helping businesses streamline their finances
Investigate leads’ needs, problems, and wants before first contact, tailoring our solutions to their unique challenges
Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads in the Canadian SMB market
Collaborate with our product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and drive innovation
What we’re looking for:
1-2 years of experience in tech sales, sales development, or business development, preferably selling to SMBs
Entrepreneurial spirit with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
Proven sales closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement
Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge for our clients
Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segments
Passion for fintech and the transformative power of innovative financial solutions
