What You'll Be Doing
- Own the customer acquisition funnel from paid channels to onboarding flows, with a focus on driving consistent growth through testing and iteration 
- Oversee Venn’s website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and activation 
- Define and refine how Venn’s products are positioned in the market with messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles 
- Create a consistent stream of content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns that drive traffic and signups 
- Collaborate with product and sales to align campaigns, share feedback, and support go-to-market efforts 
- Continuously test and evolve our website to improve messaging, SEO, and conversion performance 
- Explore and launch new channels and tactics to expand reach and drive awareness 
- Track growth metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy based on data and insights 
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a startup 
- Deep experience running paid acquisition campaigns with a strong analytical foundation 
- Strong track record of scaling paid media budgets across diverse channels including search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliate 
- Strong grasp of website optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement 
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and sales to align efforts and share insights 
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution 
- Passion for innovation, test-and-learn culture, and holding self and others accountable to results 
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats
