As the Data Analytics Manager, you lead a
As Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Wayflyer’s growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will lead a global team responsible for strategic and operational planning, performance reporting, GTM program management, revenue operations, and enablement. This role requires a leader who can develop and execute scalable strategies, optimise business performance, and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market functions.
What you’ll do
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on delivering value and developing individual skills.
Develop and execute the roadmap for data analytics, aligning with Wayflyer's overall business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Champion best practices in data analytics and analytics engineering. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise processes and improve the team's efficiency.
Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
Proven expertise in SQL, dbt and data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Omni).
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehouses
Significant experience using dbt for data transformation and modelling.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience and proven ability to partner with business teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (FinTech or eCommerce experience is a plus).
