Since launching in April 2020, we've deployed over $5bn to thousands of brands worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. We've become a trusted financing partner for some amazing brands, like True Classic, Little Words Project and Kekoa Foods.

Your Opportunity: Build the Blueprint for Our Global Rewards
This 12-month fixed-term contract is your opportunity to be the creative and technical force behind Wayflyer’s global rewards strategy. As our first ever Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will not be simply managing programs; you will be helping design, scale, and champion a total rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains the ambitious overachievers who drive our growth.
We are looking for a resourceful builder and an excellent operator - someone who can look beyond traditional C&B methods and design and optimise solutions that are scalable and forward-looking. You will have the autonomy to lead complex, global projects from concept to completion, co-defining the "why" and communicating the "what" of our compensation philosophy to our entire company. If you're ready to deliver on the roadmap for global rewards during a pivotal year of growth, this is your next challenge.
A Day in the Life: Driving Clarity, Value, and Global Consistency
You will dive deep into the data to ensure our compensation remains competitive across all our global markets, and partner directly with the leadership team to solve complex rewards challenges. You’ll champion data & compliance by running a full global benefits audit, ensuring every Wayflyer employee understands the full value of their total package - salary, equity, and benefits - making you an essential partner in creating a world-class employee experience.
🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team
Lead Program Rollout: Implement, and communicatecompany-wide schemes, managing all stakeholders from Payroll to Executive Leadership.
Benefits Transformation: Conduct a full global benefits review, benchmarking current offerings and proposing forward-looking, competitive recommendations.
Compensation Clarity: Draft and execute a clear communication plan to help employees globally understand our compensation philosophy and the true value of their total rewards.
Benchmarking Mastery: Own and optimise our global compensation processes, including salary band design, market benchmarking, and reviewing our core C&B tools.
Targeted Analysis: Conduct targeted compensation analysis for critical teams like Sales, ensuring effective variable pay structures.
🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit
Experienced Operator: You possess 5-8+ years of dedicated experience in Compensation and Benefits, demonstrating both technical depth and operational excellence.
Creative Builder: You have a "can-do" mindset and a proven ability to design and build scalable, forward-looking programs rather than just maintaining the status quo.
Core C&B Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, designing salary ranges, and developing compensation structures.
Global Acumen: Demonstrable experience managing C&B programs across multiple global regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex C&B projects (like scheme rollouts or system implementations) from initial concept through to successful completion.
Clear Communicator: You excel at translating complex, sensitive data into clear, impactful communication and training materials for diverse audiences.
How You’ll Stand Out
Proven, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and communicating bonus and sales incentive plans (variable pay).
Experience in a high-growth FinTech or high-volume global technology environment.
Specific experience with compensation tools/systems implementation or optimisation.
🤝 What to Expect After You Apply
You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon. If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process. The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
