🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team
This is a sales role. You bring a strong hunter mentality, actively identifying upsell and growth opportunities.
Your main responsibility is managing a large portfolio of existing customers, with a focus on upselling, renewals, reducing churn, and delivering an outstanding customer experience- empathetic, solution-oriented, and customer-first.
You’ll confidently discuss business metrics, cash flow, sales cycles, marketing strategies, and financial products with a wide range of customers. You’ll also help them use Wayflyer dashboards effectively and build true product expertise.
We set the bar high for customer satisfaction (currently 4.9 stars on Trustpilot ⭐).
🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Consulting, etc.)
A self-driven, proactive, team-oriented mindset with fresh ideas for improving customer retention and product adoption
Fluent English & German (spoken and written) so you can collaborate confidently with our global teams and communicate clearly across the business.
Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
A track record of hitting targets while delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a startup or scale-up
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting (a plus)
The ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging customer situations
An analytical, data-driven approach with an eye for revenue opportunities
Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads (nice to have)

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.
