Role and Responsibilities

WeTravel is looking to add an exceptional Operations Analyst to support the company is it’s continued growth. As the Operations Analyst you will be responsible for owning the end to end procurement process for new vendor contracts and renewals. This includes partnering with business leaders across the organization to implement and track new and existing software contracts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for advising and approving certain budget items, specifically travel and other employee expenses. This position will report to the Vice President of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate existing vendor contracts into single source of truth
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for new contracts
  • Review contracts
  • Evaluate ROI for software and other tools
  • Approve travel and other budget requests
Other
  • Data subject requests/Data deletion requests
  • Help support the people team
  • Slack and internal help center owner
  • Run and trial new things (eg an email blast referral program)

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience with contract management and procurement best practices
  • Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing and approving contracts
  • Ability to implement systems and processes for company wide planning
  • Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Experience working in a fast growing startup environment
