That is why we are looking for a product manager to take our trip experience to the next level for both our customers [trip operators] and their customers [the actual participant].
The ideal candidate has experience integrating various payment service providers [PSPs] for both pay-ins and pay-outs, including experience with beneficiary onboarding [i..e KYC, UBO, etc], and basic ledger architecture. They are able to skillfully tradeoff between delivering ease, user satisfaction, and robust functionality. They are able to ruthlessly prioritize, explain their rationale without bias, and advocate for the best ideas whether or not they are their own.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business value to WeTravel while solving problems for our target customers. You will have your own engineering team to work with & deliver a roadmap to market.

Role and Responsibilities
- Own your metrics including business & product KPIs that provide clarity into the impact your team is making
- Liaise with PSPs and other payment partners to implement new features, payment methods, and currencies & ensure swift resolution of any customer facing issues with our payment providers
- Connect with our users to identify & prioritized key user problems, validate the efficacy of solutions, and ultimately enable adoption of what is delivered
- Enable design & engineering to understand the ‘Who’ & ‘what’ of payments & fin-tech solutions
- Write detailed feature requirements that meet industry standards
- Work directly with the other product manager, designers, engineering managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment & transparency on upcoming releases
- Anticipate pitfalls and shortcomings within the feature development process & work proactively to find solutions
- Develop a deep knowledge of the WeTravel platform and all its product components

- Experience identifying & prioritizing customer problems and solving them
