About the Role

Behind the scenes at WeTravel, product managers are energetic advocates for our customers & our business. We study challenges the travel operators face, prioritize them, and launch features to help them & grow our business. As we scale, we will encounter new challenges that will require fresh approaches. That is why we are looking for a “Lead Product Manager” to take over all things payments such as how travel operators collect payments, track their earnings, pay vendors, and more. In this high-impact and high-visibility role, the Lead PM will report to the VP of Product and work directly with our CEO and COO to drive the payment roadmap and manage day-to-day payment performance, while of course working with dedicated engineers to execute on the features.

This is a uniquely senior, individual contributor role with a big scope and high upside.

The ideal candidate will also bring several years of product management experience, driving features end-to-end from discovery to prioritization to launch to iterating based on quantitative and qualitative signals. They are able to ruthlessly prioritize, explain their rationale without bias, and advocate for the best ideas whether or not they are their own. They have a P&L mindset, strong judgment, and great communication skills.
