After closing our $80M Series B funding last year and going through a hyper growth phase, we are now striving to lead the tech-focused transformation in our field and become the number 1 all-in-one spend management suite for midsize and enterprise companies. Join us as a temporary HR Working Student in Munich and help us achieve our goals! 🚀
As a Working Student in HR, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources while supporting our small HR team in various functions. This role is designed for students who are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact. You will work closely with our HR professionals and gain valuable insights into topics like Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development and more.
This is a temporary role where you will be able to work independently and flexibly during your studies. We are looking for a student to join us until end of this year (with a potential to extend), on a part time basis (approx. 20 hours per week).
🧑🏽💻 What you’ll do:
- You will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- You will help maintain our HR databases and employee records.
- You will support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- You will assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
- You will handle general HR inquiries from employees and redirect to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- You will contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- You will assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- You will gain insights into a fast-growing and exciting FinTech scale-up
⚒️ What you’ll need:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Pursuing a career in HR is your goal, and you have a strong interest in HR topics
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work detail-oriented and possess strong organizational abilities
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- We are a small team - you bring a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus
