In this role, you will join a mission-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves team of innovators and builders who have come together to change the paradigm of professional volleyball and women’s sports. Job Summary: As the Club Recruiting (M&A) Analyst at LOVB, you will support the execution of our Youth business growth and expansion strategy. Working closely with the Club Recruiting Manager, you will facilitate the acquisition process for new clubs and tournaments from start to finish, including but not limited to coordination of internal and external stakeholders, supporting in financial analysis and deal structuring, assessment of people, and supporting confirmatory diligence analyses. You will directly interface externally with club and tournament owners/directors as well as internally across finance, legal, and operations (among others), ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned for successful integration. You will also support the New Builds strategy, working directly with the New Build Development Lead to operationally stand up new volleyball clubs across the country. This role is crucial to LOVB’s mission to unify the club volleyball landscape through seamless acquisitions and new club builds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diligence & Acquisition Support - Organize and track multiple concurrent acquisition and new build processes and maintain up-to-date checklists, trackers, and documentation.
- Schedule and manage meetings with club owners, directors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in compiling materials from the club to perform confirmatory diligence tasks such as analyzing club-level financials, performance, and operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to verify club data and ensure successful pre-close evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration tasks with People Success, Ops, and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition into the LOVB Ecosystem.
- Support the preparation of investment committee memos and final documentation for transaction approvals.
Strategic & Operational Coordination - Maintain CRM systems, project management boards, and diligence trackers to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Help prepare presentation decks, email summaries, and call scripts for key conversations with potential club partners. Summarize deal points for internal hand-off documents.
- Coordinate NDAs, documentation collection, and internal readiness tasks.

- Experience working with financial statements is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, corporate development, operations or business analysis.
- Background in youth sports or club volleyball operations is a plus.
