About the Role
Moove is looking for a Driver Training Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring drivers are trained in accordance with road standards, regulations, product KPIs, and Moove’s standards. The coordinator will also be responsible for overseeing the internal training of employees in the operations department. The goal is to create training schedules, materials, and evaluations and provide continuous learning support to drivers.
The position would be office-based. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations, whereas for day-to-day activities, you will be working closely working with the Sales & Onboarding, Customer Success and Vehicle Compliance teams.
What You’ll be Doing
Driver Training
Training of drivers in accordance with road standards and safety regulations.
Training and assessment of drivers on their selected product KPIs, benefits and company values.
Designing training materials such as decks, FAQs and documents.
Evaluation of training sessions to assess drivers’ understanding of road standards and regulations.
Review and Improvement of Driver Training SOPs.
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
Internal Training
Conduct regular training sessions on processes, policies, and optimising drivers’ performance for the operations team.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to track success measures for drivers’ optimisation and performance.
Collaborate with the People Team to identify and address internal skill gaps, implementing targeted training plans to enhance drivers’ performance.
Stay updated on effective training methods and techniques that would contribute to drivers’ optimization and improved performance.
Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts to facilitate consistent and impactful processes that optimise drivers’ performance.
Participate in the Customer Success QA & QC process to identify areas for improvement and enhance driver performance.
What You will need for this Position
Minimum 4 years of experience in driver training, customer success, or HR (with a focus on learning and development).
Degree in Education, Training, HR, or any related field.
Strong organisational skills and ability to optimise processes.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication.
Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities, even under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
