About the Role
Moove is looking for a Sales Team Lead to support and inspire our sales team in London. The ideal candidate will bring sector expertise, strong operational proficiency and be a great leader.
As Sales Team Lead, you’ll report to the City Manager and work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure we meet our ambitious scaling targets. In addition, you’ll be a problem solver who can identify opportunities to improve our existing systems and processes and build up a high performing team. You should be a dynamic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
What You’ll be Doing
People management of sales and onboarding teams
Designing and implementing a scalable sales strategy for rapid growth
Develop your team through training, mentoring and coaching
Analysing and Implementing improvements to continually improve CSat.
Using data to ensure sales optimisation
Continuously iterating and improving sales systems and processes to reduce lead times
What You will need for this position
Experience of leading a high performing sales team
Experience of working in a start-up environment
Prior people management experience in a target driven environment
High energy and able to motivate and inspire the team
Familiarity with CRMs (experience of Hubspot is advantageous).
Data driven approach and ability to analyse, derive and act from insights
Good organisation, coordination and attention to detail
Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our City Manager, while closely working with the Regional Manager in London.
