About the Role

The Senior Associate will partner the regional directors to support in driving business growth and unit economics improvements through running the planning processes, delivering strategic projects, and scaling best practices. We are looking for a strategic thinker with creative problem solving skills, strong analytical experience, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to facilitate decision making.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Work closely with regional directors to develop the long term business strategy

  • Manage projects that deliver growth and operational efficiency improvements

  • Support budget setting and operational planning cycles

  • Create data-driven deep dives to inform improvement initiatives

  • Create reporting packs to report on business performance

  • Understand market trends and gather competitive insights to inform decisions

What You will need for this position

  • BA/BS degree required, master degree(s) preferred

  • 3 - 5 years of experience at a top-tier company in consulting, or strategy teams of high growth start-ups

  • Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with building operational and financial models to drive decision making

  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills

  • Experience engaging effectively with senior business stakeholders

Directly reporting to our Senior Manager - Strategy and Planning, and closely working with our Strategy Team.
