About the Role

Sales & Onboarding Managers are responsible for the efficient and effective onboarding of Moove drivers. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new leads, managing the pipeline, converting successful drivers and ensuring they have a best in class vehicle pick up experience.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Build the team to deliver best in class , in-person support to our drivers the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle

  • Walk drivers through onboarding process and all of the tools to be successful

  • Ensure all KYC standards are upheld

  • Build and leverage local tools and CRM systems to ensure effective funnel management

  • Work with our Platform partner to ensure an efficient experience

  • Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.

  • Ensure high conversion, contact, and low churn rates

What You will need for this position

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations or any related fields.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/ account management or less if you are an overachiever (prove it!)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

  • Experience in using CRM systems

  • Experience in managing high performance Sales or Account Management teams

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.

  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
