About Moove

Moove is a mission-led company. We provide sustainable job creation by enabling fair access to vehicle ownership for customers who’ve previously been excluded from financial services. Our revenue-based vehicle financing and financial services empower mobility entrepreneurs around the world. And we’re backed by some of the world’s leading investors.

About the Role

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing start-up that's constantly evolving? At Moove, we've journeyed through a year of discovery, a year of growth, and a year of transformation. We have just entered our ‘year of delivery’ and now we need your expertise to help us scale rapidly while retaining our unique spirit and connection.

This isn't your average EVP role, it's your chance to become the architect of our employer brand, crafting the story that makes Moove the go- to destination for exceptional talent, while also having the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of wider people projects too.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead internal communications, cultivate a culture of celebration and connection, and foster belonging at Moove. You'll work with our People Leadership to play a key role in defining our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and then showcase this on internal channels and on social media.

Your responsibilities will include planning and executing internal communication strategies, partnering with leadership to create localised engagement plans, organising events to celebrate employee achievements, developing our EVP to enhance our talent brand, maybe even creating employee networks one day. You'll also contribute to team conversations around innovating talent strategies, brainstorming people initiatives together, and utilising data-driven insights to measure and maximise our impact as a people team.

What You’ll be Doing

1.Taking Moovers on the journey with us:
● Plan and execute internal communication strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and executive communications.
● Making the complex simple. Ensuring that we can communicate clearly to all levels of the organisation, across all markets
● Work closely with the People Team to ensure timely and effective communication of company updates and initiatives including benefits, performance cycles etc.

2. Driving retention and engagement through local engagement plans:

● Partner with Managing Directors and People Partners to implement localised engagement strategies.
● Support regional teams in delivering bespoke engagement activities tailored to their specific needs.

3. Positioning Moove as a place where great people want to work:

● Lead the development of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to amplify our talent brand and position us as the employer of choice.
● Recommend ideas and strategies related to the attraction, engagement, and retention of talent that contribute to the long-term growth and scaling of Moove.
● Energise the recruitment team to be creative and experimental with their sourcing strategies.
● Develop, curate, and manage content for LinkedIn and Instagram to highlight our employer brand and attract top talent.

4. Helping us get better each day through data driven insights:
● Consistently incorporate data into the conversation and share best practices regarding employer brand and engagement.
● Utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of branding and engagement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Creating a culture of celebration and connection:

● Organise and promote events that foster a sense of community and celebration within the company.
● Develop content and communication plans that highlight employee achievements and milestones.
● Foster the development of employee networks to enhance community, support, and engagement across the company.

What You will need for this position

●Proven track record of creating engaging content.
● Experience in organising events and managing internal communication channels.
● Experience in developing and implementing EVP and talent attraction strategies.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong project management and organisational skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
● Data-driven with the ability to interpret and utilise metrics to drive decision-making.

Who You'll Be Working with:
