About the Role

As an AV Operations Manager/Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our RHO teams and our fleet. You will supervise and manage team members - coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks for the EV fleet (including charging, cleaning, and routine maintenance) and ensuring shifts are both safe and efficient. You will be required to maintain the highest safety and production standards. You will also be dotted line responsible for the Fleet Deployment and Readiness (FDR) team responsible for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Monitor and report performance against targets and KPI’s

  • Monitor and maintain our rigorous safety standards

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to partner Ride Hailing and Maintenance SOP’s

  • Act as custodian of Partner Environmental standards

  • Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints

  • Day to day support and monitoring of all Fleet Deployment, Site Coordinator and Calibration Associates

  • Work with central training team to ensure relevant team members are trained to Moove AV and Partner training/qualification standards

  • Engage in and manage Ops efficiency projects alongside the Local Program Manager and other relevant team members

  • AVOM responsible for assisting the 24/7 incident response team

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, acting as a coach to other team members, ensuring adequate staffing at all times, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You will need for this position

  • Strong preference for someone who is experienced with Kaizen framework and processes and/or is focused on daily incremental improvements to processes and systems

  • Availability and willingness to work outside of normal office hours

  • Experience in Fleet, Mobility, Logistics, Operations, Operations Management experience

  • Prior team management experience is a must with examples of supervising or managing high performing teams

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience of managing third party/supplier relationships

  • Outstanding organisational skills with a track record of managing organisational systems

  • Analytical mindset and first rate problem-solving skills

  • Right to work in the United States of America.

  • Monthly Operating KPIs - Actuals vs Targets , including supply hours and supply availability

  • Fleet Safety Metrics

Directly reporting to our General Manager for Ride Hailing Operations, and closely working with our Operations Team.
