About the Role
As the Security Liaison Officer at Moove, you will hold a critical position in ensuring the safety and security of our operations within the city. Your role involves collaborating closely with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and internal security teams to implement and oversee comprehensive security measures for recovering our assets.. You will monitor and analyze security risks, develop emergency response plans, and lead efforts to mitigate potential threats to our assets, personnel, and customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling recovery: apprehension, accident/damaged, stolen vehicles.
- Overseeing the security of the warehouse.
- Liaisoning with the local police authorities and recovery agency to ensure asset safety at all times
- Supervising the mobile police officers and recovery drivers.
- Recovering vehicles from non-compliant drivers, accident scenes, and law enforcement officers.
- Preparing accident reports.
- Preparing an apprehension report.
What you will need for this position
- Degree in any discipline
- 5+ years experience with the law and enforcement agency
- Experience with the transportation industry is an added advantage
- Candidates must possess outstanding organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Key Metrics
- Ensuring minimum turnaround time in resolving daily ops issues
- Solving NPA cases and recovering asset back from Police stations
- Minimising the rate of vehicle recovery and TAT of recovery
- Dispute resolution TAT while working with driver union issues
- Resolving challans/tickets at local RTAs. Count of ticket resolution to be monitored
- Managing DP crisis situations
