About the Role

The Operations Executive will support daily fleet and driver operations, ensuring smooth

functioning of activities related to driver performance, query resolution, cash collections, and

deployment. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

What You’ll be Doing

Resolve queries and concerns raised by drivers in a timely and professional manner.

 Track and monitor daily driver performance and KPIs, ensuring targets and

operational standards are met.

 Track, verify, and follow up on driver cash collections and report discrepancies if any.

 Maintain and manage the annual leave tracker for drivers and ensure proper

documentation.

 Assist with dispatching vehicles for private and special trips.

 Support onboarding, documentation, and deployment of new drivers.

 Maintain accurate operational reports and data as required by management from time

to time.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in a limousine,

transport, or fleet management business.

 Good knowledge and understanding of aggregator platforms such as Uber and

Careem.

 Strong knowledge and working experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our Operations Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team.
