About the Role

What You’ll be Doing

Cumplir con las obligaciones Contables y Fiscales.
• Desarrollar y mantener registros contables precisos y actualizados (Dr, Eg e Ig)
• Integración de papeles de trabajo, que soporten los principales rubros financieros y fiscales.
• Conciliaciones bancarias, Conciliación y revisión de CXP y CXC.
• Integración de Saldos.
• Revisión de complementos de pago.
• Revisión de facturación recibida (Notas de crédito, cancelaciones de facturas etc).
• Gestión de grandes conjuntos de datos
• Procesar y analizar un alto volumen de información. Ejemplo + de 100 facturas por mes.
• Identificar y solucionar errores en la información.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la exactitud y la integridad de la información financiera.

What You will need for this position

• Manejo de Contpaq Indispensable. 60% (layout , pólizas)
• Licenciatura en contabilidad. (Concluido ó Pasante).
• Procesar y analizar un alto volumen de información. Ejemplo + de 100 facturas por mes. • Manejo de Excel y Google Sheets Intermedio.
• Manejo de pagina del SAT
• Conocimiento de facturación 4.0
• Conocimientos de DIOT
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas indispensable.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 5 pm
Zona para laborar: Reforma a 5 min del metro Hamburgo o Glorieta Insurgentes.
Tipo de puesto: tiempo completo
Modalidad: Hibrido
