About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS), analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll be Doing

● Producing high-quality research on assigned topics in a timely manner.

● Conducting rigorous data analysis and providing valuable insights that would aid Executive decision-making.

● Presenting research and data using cutting-edge tech tools for high-value audiences.

● Supporting Executive outreach and external relations efforts.

● Liaising with both senior internal and external stakeholders (Senior Management, Board of Directors, Business Partners, Governmental Agencies, etc.) to support the Executive agenda.

● Creating, reviewing, interpreting Financial/ Business Models

● Creating high-impact presentations and other communication pieces as directed by the Executive/ Leadership

What You will need for this position

● 2+ years of experience in Analytics but we will consider candidates with less

● experience if they meet our other requirements

● Preferred B. Tech degree.

● Candidates must have a background in Business Analysis

● Excellent written & verbal communication skills

● Proven experience in data analysis, or a similar analytical role.

● Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

● Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database management (SQL preferred).

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

● Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in the financial services or mobility sector is a plus

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director-INSA, and closely working with our Operations Team.
