About the Role

The Validation Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager leads the operational oversight and direction of Moove's AV validation program in Singapore, reporting directly to the General Manager.

You will own site-level driver workforce management and operational performance - translating shift-level data into operational improvements and ensuring Moove delivers best-in-class autonomous vehicle services that meet our technology partner's expectations and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day performance of Moove's AV validation operations in Singapore - fleet deployment, driver workforce management, and operational KPI delivery

  • Lead and develop a team comprising Operations Supervisors (AVOS), Safety Drivers, and Fleet Deployment Specialists - setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building a high-functioning operation

  • Define, track, and report on operational targets: validation output (mileage and data collection), fleet uptime, incident rates, and quality metrics

  • Uphold and champion the safety standards set by the Safety Manager - holding the team accountable to established SOPs and ensuring a genuine safety-first culture runs through every part of the operation

  • Manage operational budgets and resource planning for the Singapore program

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as Moove's primary operational liaison with AV technology partners - managing SLAs, joint operational protocols, and performance reviews

  • Support the GM on regulatory and government engagement where operational input is required; maintain working familiarity with LTA and MOM requirements as they affect day-to-day operations

Continuous Improvement

  • Relentlessly pursue operational efficiency - identifying and driving initiatives that maximize mileage output, driver performance, and fleet utilization across every shift

  • Hold the same standard for quality: data integrity, accuracy, and operational consistency - this role is never satisfied with "good enough" and continuously raises the performance bar

What You’ll Need for This Position

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in fleet, mobility, logistics, or a highly regulated environment

  • Proven experience managing multi-shift, around-the-clock operations with in-field frontline teams

  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams in a safety-critical environment - setting standards, managing performance, and holding people accountable

  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore's transport regulatory environment - LTA frameworks, WSH Act, Employment Act, etc.
