Replenishment & Inventory Management Lead (Senior Manager)

This role provides an opportunity to build and operate the next level of replenishment processes within Smalls, as we continue on our growth journey. The Replenishment & Inventory Management Lead will oversee in-stock across our network and ensure ongoing product availability for our customers.

Working within a data focused culture, you will be the gut check for modeled replenishment recommendations, and oversee timely distribution of POs to suppliers, and OTIF for received products.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and maintain in-stock across all SKU-nodes within the Smalls supply chain
  • Own the relationships with our suppliers and carriers
  • Replenish all core sellable SKUs, packaging for the sellable SKUs (i.e. pouches), and outbound packaging SKUs such as boxes and insulators
  • Monitor inventory levels in conjunction with the Planning and Analytics lead, and adjust replenishment plan to align to targeted levels
  • Schedule and monitor inbound transportation between suppliers and our 3PLs
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance visibility, improve efficiency, or minimize product availability disruptions
  • Collaborate with the merchandising lead for any known issues on the horizon that will impact product availability, and develop a plan for transitioning demand to other products in a way that minimizes customer impact

What we'll love about you:

  • You have 10-12 years of experience working within cold-chain replenishment, specifically in the areas of inventory management and inbound logistics
  • You have experience managing carrier partners
  • You have a clear understanding of how to translate a nationwide demand forecast into target inventory levels at individual buildings within the network
  • You possess strong communication skills
  • You love solving problems and conducting analyses to drive decision making
