We’re looking for a COO to own end-to-end operations and help us scale while growing margins and delivering a top-notch customer experience. You’ll be responsible for everything from new product commercialization to last-mile delivery. You’ll be growing and managing a high-performing team, identifying key areas of opportunity and risk, and driving cost and customer experience wins simultaneously.

We're looking for a rockstar COO to scale Smalls to the next level. This role will:

• Own end-to-end supply chain from new product commercialization to last-mile delivery.
• Own and optimize the full operations budget and build tight ties with finance along the way.
• Strategically design our supply chain to optimize costs, deliver a top-notch customer experience, and manage risk.
• Work with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and other vendors to build sustainable, long-term relationships with strong checks and balances.
• Build, grow, and nurture a high-performing ops team.
• Manage new product commercialization, regulatory and food safety.

What we’ll love about you:

• You’ve worked with co-manufacturers and 3PLs and have built in-house capabilities.
• You are an excellent team builder, with an eye or top tier talent and strong leadership skills
• You’re a tough negotiator and squeezer of every-drop in the metrics. You like the details, and love to optimize.
• You have a vision for systems, processes, and tools necessary to scale operations.
• Even better if you have a back ground in direct-to-consumer, and cold-chain businesses.
