Growth Manager
Smalls
As a Growth Manager at Smalls, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our customer acquisition strategy. You’ll report directly to the VP Marketing, and will lead day-to-day channel strategies for a portfolio of performance channels to drive trial & adoption of Smalls. You’ll help scale our existing efforts and be part of testing & scaling new channels as the business grows. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our conversion, CAC, and LTV goals.
What You’ll Do:
Support the development of our overall growth strategy for the business, working closely with our Head of Growth & marketing team
Own strategy & execution for key channels like paid social & search
Identify trends and create data-driven recommendations for improving Smalls’ Performance Marketing tactics to drive growth unlocks
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives and optimize them for better results
Lead creative work streams to craft compelling, channel native ad content that effectively communicates customer pain points and Smalls value-adds
Lead the evaluation of existing and new platforms and thinking ahead on where and how we should test within our current channel portfolio, as well as thinking about new channel development alongside the growth team
Devise and execute an A/B testing strategy across the conversion funnel from Landing Pages to cart checkout.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement
What we’ll love about you:
You have 3-5 years of experience in a performance role, with hands on experience scaling digital marketing channels for a direct to consumer business
You display excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset
You possess a strong understanding of social/influencer strategy, content creation protocols, and best practices for paid social
You are familiar with analytical and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.
You're a creative thinker: you blend your analytical rigor with a creative mindset to find new ways to tell the Smalls story & and push the limits on traditional growth marketing
You're excited to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners – we’re a lean & collaborative team. Growth Marketing doesn’t operate in a silo; we collaborate closely with product, UX, design, brand, etc.
