Capital Stack Management
Support capital strategy including debt and equity management, capital allocation, bank/credit relationships, and reporting to investors or lenders.
Maintain financial models and forecasts that support financing discussions and long-term capital planning.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
Present insights and forecasts to senior leadership & external audiences, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable narratives.
Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team; refine processes, tools, and dashboards to scale with the business.
