๐Ÿš€ Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • Partner with product and design teams to identify opportunities and lead an engineering team in delivering outcomes

  • Drive technical excellence in mapping business requirements to code using best practices in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and security

  • Balance team capacity between strategic improvements and essential maintenance work

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching

  • Create sustainable processes for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • Maintain and regularly update long-term capacity planning

๐Ÿ”จ What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale

  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems

  • Experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms

  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

  • Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams

  • Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

  • Previous experience in fintech or financial services is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
